GEOPANEL formworks are an easy and intuitive system of modular formwork in plastics used to build walls, foundations and columns in concrete.
GEOPANEL® is a patented system with a wide range of panels of different size which can be assembled with fast-lock nylon handles.
Thanks to the numerous panel combinations, it is possible to realize structures of any size and shape.

HANDLE ASSEMBLY
GEOPANEL® is easy to assemble, as it uses fast-lock nylon handles that firmly join the forms with a simple 90 degree turn.
The outer ribbing is designed for simple propping and plumbing. The holes in the panels are used for the required tie-rods and spacers.
The corner are reinforced with steel alignment bars; more steel alignment bars are used at the base of the formwork in case of height of 3 mt.

| Set the Geopanel® 120x60 cm elements side by side and join them with the standard high-strength nylon fastening handles. Turning the handles by 90° is sufficient to achieve full connection. | Insert the spacer sleeves between the two sides of the formwork, then insert the tie-rods and finally fasten both ends with washers. The unused holes are closed with the Cap 25 plugs. | For walls of height greater than 2.40 m use the steel alignment bars at the base of the formwork. | ||

After having exhausted the sources of timber in South-East Asia and Central Africa, logging is causing the deforestation of the Amazon rainforest which is considered the green lung of our planet.
During the last 3 decades almost 136 milion acres of forest were cleared in this zone, a surface equal to France surface. In view of this problem, we decided to contribute realizing plastic forworks, using a recyclable material which is the only possible eco-friendly alternative to wood and cardboard.
We realized them taking into consideration their weight in order to reduce the energy consumption. Energy is necessary for their movement and we think that this is a form of respect too.

Geopanel CL has three rows of fixing handle holes, designed to form walls or columns of three different sizes. The holes on the panel face make it possible to use tie-rods. Any unused hole is stopped with the standard Cap 25 Geopanel plugs. |
GEOPANEL® is a modular and UV resistant formwork in ABS. It is light, weighting up to 11 kg and can be installed by a single person without need of a crane.
The product is reusable more than 100 times when properly used and mantained.
